Coppell Honey is bottled in an elegant square jar known as the London Rectangle.

Richland Honey is bottled in a traditional round "honey pot" jar.  

We only sell small batch honey.  Unlike large producers, we do not mix honey from different areas.  This means each honey has its own distinct color and flavor due to the distance between the apiaries, differing floral sources, and weather.  Honey from the same area differs year to year as well. 

Keep the jar or return it for a $1 discount on your next purchase.  Please keep the environment in mind and either reuse, return or recycle the jar.   Weight listed is honey weight and does not include the jar. 

Like wine, honey color and taste vary season to season and year to year. 

Purchasing honey:  Contact Phillip at pmorse81@proton.me or text 214-868-7074 to order honey.  There is free delivery for orders of $50 or more to customers in Coppell and surrounding communities.  Deliveries are made once per week.  No courier or package service delivery is available at this time.  Local pick up is also available.   Currently we accept Zelle, cash or checks.   In the future we hope to accept credit cards and set up an online store.  But for now, small steps...

Sources:

Honey is sourced from two locations - Coppell, TX and Richland, TX.  Unlike large honey producers, we do not mix our honey from multiple sources.  Honey from each area has a distinct flavors that are dependent on local flora.  To learn more about each source, refer to home page and read about each bee yard.
